Renovation of a municipal facility in Pinecrest, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Village of Pinecrest is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Pinecrest Municipal Center Elevators Modernization Project. All labor, material, and equipment required to modernize the elevator equipment must be provided as described in the scope of work. A bid bond is required. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference at the Pinecrest Municipal Center. Scope of Work The Village of Pinecrest is Requesting Sealed Bids From Qualified Firms for the Pinecrest Municipal Center Elevators Modernization Project. Provide All Labor, Material and Equipment Required to Modernize the Elevator Equipment as Described in the Scope of Work. Contact for Questions procurement@pinecrest-fl.gov The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related work necessary to complete the work and the complete construction of the project in accordance with the scope of work.
