TSB goal: 10% Final Completion: 50 days (Approximately February 6, 2026)Remodel to include architectural, electrical, and interior design work. Add a door between 0210 and 0208 to connect spaces. Move TV in 208 to 210. Add a light switch to 210 by the new door. New carpet throughout 210 and 218 suites, including all the offices. Carpet will coordinate with the new carpet in the 208 suite if it cannot be matched. Remove all wall hangers and screws, patch and paint (match existing color) in all rooms and offices. Keep the mural in 218; do not paint. New lighting in 210, 210A, and the kitchenette, no new ceiling grid or tile. Prep and paint cabinetry in the kitchenette. New furniture for 210 and 218, reuse existing when possible. New TV for 218, new signage, and glass tint as approved by the university architect. Except for addenda modifying the proposal due date or canceling the Bid, such addenda shall be issued so as to be received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time set for receipt of bids. All addenda so issued shall become part of the Bidding Documents and shall be acknowledged on the Form of Bid.
