Sealed proposals will be received for furnishing all necessary material, equipment, and labor required for the construction of the City of Heath Candlelite Water Line Improvements [WA-2502]. The project consists of constructing approximately 8,850 linear feet of new 8-inch diameter PVC water lines to replace existing water mains in Terry Lane, Candlelite Trail, Lemley Drive, Autumn Trail, Gregory Drive, and Darrell Drive. Work includes connections to existing lines, trench safety, abandonment of existing water lines in place, pavement removal and replacement, and SWPPP. Bidders must submit with their bids a Cashier's Check or Certified Check in the amount of five percent of the maximum amount of bid, payable without recourse to the Owner, or a Bid Bond in the same amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of the contract, a Payment Bond for the protection of all claimants supplying labor and materials, and a two-year, 100% Maintenance Bond.
