Site work for a water / sewer project in Arkansas City, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed Bids for the construction of Arkansas City’s OSG Drainage Project will be received. Contract Documents, including Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents, may be examined and obtained digitally. Bidders are subject to requirements of the Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grant Program (OSG) as described in the contract documents. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders are required to comply with President’s Executive Order 11246, as amended. Each Bidder must comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-76) including the “American Iron and Steel (AIS)” requirement, Build America Buy America Act requirements, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the “Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions” during the performance of the contract. Bidders commit to the requirements and all other terms and conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid.
