Qualified Excavating Contractors for the 2025 Site Drainage Improvements project . All proposals shall include all labor , materials , and permits . This is a not Prevailing Wage project . The bidders shall read and review the Bidding specifications carefully , and familiarize themselves thoroughly with all requirements . A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5% ) is required and must be submitted with the bid prior to the bid due date . The Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond , Cashier's Check , or Money Order . Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30 ) days after the bid date . Additional bond requirements are listed in the bid specifications . All bidders shall provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 . All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the superintendent of North Adams - Jerome Public Schools . A form will be enclosed in the specification's booklet that shall be used for this purpose . A sworn and notarized Affidavit of compliance for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act certifying the contractor does and will comply with Public Act 517 of 2012 shall accompany all proposals . The Owner will not accept a proposal that does not include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act . A form will be enclosed in the specification's booklet that shall be used for this purpose . The Project Completion Date is December 31 , 2025 (Weather permitting . If weather does not permit , the completion date becomes March 31,2026 ).
