Two bids are available: 1) Northlawn Cemetery - Mowing, trimming each burial site and the general property area, and removal of grass clippings, limbs, and all debris as necessary on an as needed basis from April 15 to October 15, 2026. 2) Adams Township Hall – Mowing, trimming, and removal of grass clippings, limbs, and all debris as necessary for the 3.5 acres at the Township Hall. The successful bidder must provide a certificate of insurance for Liability and Workmen's Compensation, naming Adams Township as additional insured. Bidder must provide evidence of necessary landscaping equipment and personnel to fulfill the requirements. Bids must clearly show: A) identity of which bid you are applying for, B) list of equipment, C) bid with payment requirements, and D) four references. Adams Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive specification details, waive irregularities in the bidding, and accept the bid of Adams Township.
