Your firm is invited to submit an offer for an exterior painting project at the Bus Storage Building for Lakeview Community Schools. The project consists of exterior building power washing of the roof and sidewalls, securing loose fasteners, and includes the following process: pressure wash surfaces to remove loose paint, dirt, and chalk; apply Uniflex Primer and Kool Seal Roof Coating on the metal roof; spot prime and apply Latitude exterior acrylic to walls and trim; paint passage doors, frames, overhead doors, and frames with ProIndustrial WB Alkyd Urethane Semi-Gloss; paint exposed steel deck and steel structure; and paint pipe bollards (four per overhead door, 56 total). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Lakeview Community Schools Central Office. Electronic bid submissions by email will not be accepted. The completed bid form, Familial Disclosure Statement, and Iran-linked business certification must be included with all bid offers. Offers must be held irrevocable for thirty (30) days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids, reject individual non-responsive bids, or award to any bidder that will serve the Owner’s best interest.
