Perform construction upgrades at the Mill Branch Wastewater Pumping Station (WWPS), located at 2701 N. W. Crain Highway, Bowie, in Prince George's County, MD, to include the following: Replacement of existing heating and ventilation systems including associated piping, ductwork, louvers, and dampers for compliance with NFPA 820; replacement of existing odor control system with larger unit for compliance with HVAC and odor improvements, including associated piping; provision of temporary equipment, instruments, tools, and manpower to maintain proper ventilation of the facility; replacement of existing HVAC and Odor Control Panel, including all related electrical connections; replacement of existing combustible gas monitoring transmitter, and sensors; replacement of existing HVAC and odor control panels related electrical connections, and replacement of existing lighting features; modification of Odor Control foundation support Pad, and other minor structural repairs; new wall openings and modification of existing openings, veneers, louvers, blank off panels, and metal doors.
