It is unknown at this time if the RFP will be readvertised. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The City of Tampa (the "City") property located at 411 North Franklin Street, Tampa, Florida 33602 (Folio: 193527-0000) (the "Property") consists of (i) a 10-story building known as the Tampa Police Department Headquarters, and (ii) a five (5) level parking garage with approximately two hundred seventy-five (275) parking spaces located to the south of the building. The Property consists of 44,521 square feet (211 feet x 211 feet). The Property is bounded to the north by East Madison Street, to the west by North Franklin Street, to the south by East Kennedy Boulevard, and to the east by North Florida Avenue in downtown Tampa. The Property is across from Lykes Gaslight Park, Tampa City Hall, the former Federal Courthouse (now Le Meridien Hotel), and is in close proximity to Curtis Hixon Park, Tampa Riverwalk, Tampa Convention Center, University of Tampa, and numerous eateries.
