CMAR preconstruction services and full project execution for approximately 45 miles of rural water transmission waterline, including storage, pumping, and ancillary components as determined by design. The project starts at the existing storage tank near Wagner, South Dakota and runs south and east to a location along state HWY 12 near the Village of Santee, Nebraska. The scope covers water utilities, trenchless utility construction, directional bore, water transmission pipelines, directional drilling, water and wastewater facilities, and water and wastewater infrastructure. Project scope area originates at the Randall Community Water District (RCWD) Carda Tank, located at 39833 306th Street, Wagner, SD. From RCWD Carda Tank the project routes south and east to the designated Missouri River crossing area. From the Missouri River crossing area, project continues routing south and east through Niobrara, NE area and further eastwardly to a storage tank located along Nebraska HWY 12 south of Village of Santee. Owner estimates that the construction cost of the above described facilities will be between $20 million and $35 million not including CMARs estimated fees and contingencies. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
