Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Work to be performed includes new stormwater facilities (conveyance pipe, drainage structures and swales), curb, gutter and sidewalk, shared use path, utilities, paving, illumination, a traffic signal and restoration. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and approved standard specifications. Project No - 24141-0129 QA date - 1-9-2026 The Bidder shall promptly notify the Owner of any discovered conflicts, ambiguities, or discrepancies in or between, or omissions from the Bid Documents.
