Douglas County is soliciting proposals from interested parties to provide Architectural and Engineering services to the Board of Douglas County Commissioners. Professional services may include Architecture/Landscape Architecture involving building construction such as re-roofs, alterations/additions, new construction, ADA improvements, multisite building maintenance and improvements, floor covering, painting, fairgrounds facility and grounds improvements, fairgrounds master planning, historic preservation, emergency management service facility, feasibility studies, and other associated work to be determined. Engineering services may include water system improvements, fire alarm system upgrades, HVAC systems improvements and replacements, water system repairs and design, building access control and security upgrades and design, structural analysis/design, fairgrounds facility and grounds related improvement projects, utilities design, building energy analysis/assessment, feasibility studies, and other associated work to be determined. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as specified and delivered to the Board of Douglas County Commissioners at the address provided. Submittals made in an incorrect format or received late or by facsimile or email will not be considered.
