Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority will receive sealed bids for the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority Elevator Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services The Regional Port seeks a contractor to provide elevator inspection, maintenance, and repair services at two CDRPA facilities; the Confluence Technology Center (CTC) located in Wenatchee and the Executive Flight Building located in East Wenatchee, WA. The contractor shall perform periodic/routine inspections and 24/7 maintenance on all elevators to include calibrating, adjusting, and replacement of worn or defective parts, and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure continual operation. All interested proposers must notify the Contract Administrator, Tricia Degnan at: tricia@cdrpa.org to register and be included in the Bidder List, and if you wish to schedule a visit to the two facilities.
