Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This work shall consist of removing and disposing of, or salvaging various existing improvements within the construction limits shown on the plans including, but not limited to 1. Salvage / relocate existing boulders (visible above ground) in conflict with proposed improvements including coordination with contracting agency and property owners. 2. Plug existing pipes to be abandoned.
