Renovation of an industrial development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 50,940-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) owns the industrial building at 3310 5th Street SE in East Wenatchee, Washington. This building is currently leased to Accor Technology, Inc., a manufacturer of plumbing materials. The building's existing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system consists of at least five independent systems of varying sizes, ages, and manufacturing brands. Each system includes indoor air handling units (AHUs) with cooling coils and fans, natural gas or electric heaters, and outdoor condensing units. Some systems feature multiple outdoor compressors and fans. The indoor AHUs are ducted to the exterior to provide ventilation air. The office area HVAC system includes six gas-fired furnaces (F-1 to F-6) paired with direct expansion (DX) condensing units. The production area is served by four gas-fired AHUs (AHU-1 to AHU-4) with DX condensing units. Scope of Work: This project will upgrade the building s HVAC infrastructure by replacing the existing systems with energyefficient heat pumps, eliminating the need for natural gas piping. The scope includes: Demolition and removal of existing gas piping. Installation of new heat pump systems in both office and production areas. Integration of a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) in the production area to enhance ventilation Bid Questions Deadline: October 3, 2025 @ 5 pm All questions must be submitted in writing to Nitin Rathod nitin.rathod@p2sinc.com Sealed bids, clearly marked Accor Technology Building HVAC System Improvements, Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority.
