PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON is requesting qualifications from professional firms to assist with four transmission and four electrical substation design projects. Firms responding to this notice must be properly licensed. All responding firms must submit a letter of interest, a statement of qualifications, a list of related completed projects, no less than three references with telephone numbers, and a general brochure describing the firm's activities. After screening the materials received, the District may request interviews with selected firms. Minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
