Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County is soliciting interest from consulting firms with expertise in providing professional services in the areas of agricultural resource land assessment and analysis. Specifically, the selected consultan tshould have expertise in conducting economic, soil type, legal and development-related studies as it relates to the possible de-designation of agricultural lands under the Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA). Prime contractors are strongly encouraged to have a documented M/WBE inclusion plan.
