Duckett Creek Sanitary District desires to prequalify independent Contractors to provide Mechanical Contractor Services at various District facilities in calendar year 2026. Prequalified contractors will be eligible to receive Request for Bids to provide Mechanical Contractor Services at District facilities and for on-call emergency work during the stated calendar year. Contractors may use District-approved subcontractors to complete project work but must not use subcontractors to perform over 50% of the entire work for each project. A list of proposed subcontractors is required with each RFB response; the District does approve but does not prequalify subcontractors.
