Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Evansdale, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,350-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of Angels Park Improvements project, including construction of a new 1,350 SF building with garage space and public-use accessible bathrooms, building electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, site work such as clearing and grubbing of trees, pavement improvements, retaining wall installation, and all other work shown in the Drawings and called for in the Specifications. Prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder regardless of the format or source from which bidding documents are obtained. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be provided only through the designated website. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bidders may obtain printed copies of the bidding documents by paying a deposit, refundable under specified conditions. Make deposit checks for bidding documents payable to McClure Engineering Company.
