Sealed Bids for the Village of Cleveland Water System Improvements – Water Meter Procurement will be received. The Project consists of furnishing new water meters, providing and installing AMI communication equipment and software, training of Village personnel, and all work necessary to complete the AMI system in accordance with contract documents. Bids will be received for a single Contract and shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents may be examined at designated locations. Printed copies may be obtained by sending a request and deposit to the Issuing Office. The deposit is $100.00 for each set, with an additional $15 shipping charge or a UPS/FedEx number required. Bidding documents must be returned in good condition within thirty days after award or rejection, except for the selected bidder. All refunds of deposits will follow the Plan Deposit Policy. Only full sets of documents are available, and neither Owner nor Engineer is responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the submission deadline. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid.
