A. Project Description The project consists of Wall tile replacement, electrical service and mechanical upgrades at the Middle School. B. Contract Drawings were prepared for the Project by HUNT Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, D.P.C. C. The Work will be constructed under multiple Prime Contractor Agreements. One set of Contract Documents is issued to cover the multiple Prime Contracts. Prime Contracts are separate Contracts between the District and independent Contractors representing significant construction activities. Each Prime Contract is performed concurrently and closely coordinated with construction activities performed on the Project under other Prime Contracts and work performed under state contract and work performed directly by the district.
