Bridgeport Fire District, in Seneca County, New York, is soliciting bids for the Bridgeport Fire District West Bayard Street Station additions /renovation work. Individual Bids will be received for: a. General Construction Work; b. Plumbing Work; c. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Work; d. Electrical Work If any bidding contractor contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of specifications or other issues, he may submit a written request for interpretation or correction thereof. Direct any inquiries, in writing, to Beardsley Design Associates, Project Manager, Jeffrey Velte, jvelte@beardsley.com. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be received in writing at the office of the Architect/Engineer not less than fourteen (14) days before date set for receipt of Bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded electronically to known recipients who received a set of documents not later than five (5) days prior to Bid Date. Verbal answers are not binding on any party. Bridgeport Fire District will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the proposed document. .
