The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit, Design and Construction, on behalf of the Finger Lakes DDSOO, is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform required work for Full Bathroom Remodel for 2 Bathrooms at Same Residence at 27 Peterman Rd, Seneca Falls, NY 13148. The Project Manual and Drawings for the project may be obtained via the Documents tab for this project advertisement. Bids for this project must be received prior to the time of the Bid Opening, as detailed in the Project Manual full Advertisement for Bids. Contractors who are interested in submitting a Bid for this project should carefully examine and be familiar with the Drawings and Specifications, and the Project Manual including all Bidding, Contracting, and General Requirement Specification Documents. Full Bathroom Remodel for 2 Bathrooms at Same Residence located at 27 Peterman Rd, Seneca Falls, NY 13148, Seneca County. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $8,000.00. Restricted Period Pursuant to State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between OPWDD D&C CMU and a bidder during the procurement process. A bidder is restricted from making contacts from the earliest posting, on the OPWDD website, OGS website, in a newspaper of general circulation, or in the NYS Contract Reporter of written notice, advertisement or solicitation of offers through final award and approval of the contract by OPWDD D&C CMU and the Office of the State Comptroller ("Restricted Period") to other than designated staff unless it is a contact that is included among certain statutory exceptions set forth in State Finance Law 139-j(3)(a). Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $8,000.00.
