Portions of the proposed fence are located within the NYSDOT right-of-way. NYSDOT issued NYSOPRHP a 'Use and Occupancy Permit' for this project. Contractor is responsible for coordinating and obtaining NYSDOT Highway Work Permit. per the contract documents. Project Location: Cayuga Lake State Park, 2678 Lower Lake Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148, Town of Seneca Falls, Seneca County, New York. Contract work to commence after November 1, 2025 Project Must be Completed no later than: June 28. 2026. Engineer's Estimate Range: $120,661.00 to $163,248.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Completion- 270 Days The following items are needed to issue the Highway Work Permit: 1. Finalized plans. 2. Completed Perm 33 application. 3. Contractor's insurance certificates. The NYSDOT (Region 3 address below) must be listed as the certificate holder and additional insured. a. ACORD 25 for general liability insurance b. ACORD 855 for the GL policy listed on the ACORD 25 c. Proof of Disability Insurance (DB-120.1 or DB-155) d. Proof of Worker's Compensation (C-105.2 or U-26.3) 4. Perm 50 from the contractor. 5. Perm224-f from the contractor. 6. A surety bond from the contractor for the amount of work performed in the NYSDOT ROW. a. The bond must be an embossed original Perm 44. 7. The permit fee will be waived.
