Sealed bids, in duplicate, are requested for the construction work on the 2025 Capital Improvement Project Phase II. Work includes General Trades, HVAC, and Electrical Work in accordance with the project drawings, manual, and documents. Bidding documents and bid forms may be examined at specific locations and are available for electronic viewing or download for a non-refundable fee, or ordered in paper format for a refundable fee with specific conditions for refunds. All official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents will be offered through the designated web portal. Ordering from the designated web portal automatically places the bidder on the plan holders' list. Bidders are required to comply with the conditions of employment, minimum wage rates under the contract, and must provide a Certificate of Registration as part of the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond as specified. All bids must comply with the requirements stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any and all bids, with no bidder permitted to withdraw their bid before forty-five days after the bid opening, except under specified conditions.
