The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualifications from sludge removal contractors for the removal, dewatering, and disposal of accumulated sludge from three wastewater lagoons at the Hinesburg Wastewater Treatment Facility. The wastewater treatment facility is located on Lagoon Road in the Town of Hinesburg. The engineer will issue addenda as deemed necessary and appropriate. Questions shall be submitted no later than: december 29th, 2025, so that a response can be issued by january 2nd, 2026. Qualifications from unregistered suppliers will not be considered.
