Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and one-story above grade road / highway.
The 1st Street and 1st Avenue NW Restoration Project consists of sidewalk, ADA-accessibility, drainage, and roadway improvements. Work includes removing and replacing existing sidewalk, constructing new ADA-compliant ramps and driveway aprons, installing new drainage structures and pipe adjustments, and performing pavement milling, resurfacing, and related restoration. The project also includes clearing, grading, concrete and base placement, updated pavement markings, and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) throughout construction to maintain safe pedestrian and vehicular movement. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price, as well as lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. No Pre-bid conference will be held at this time. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
