Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.

Pinellas County STAR Center seeks to obtain the services of a contractor to perform upgrading BBC Metalclad LV (480 Volt) Switchgear Trip unit upgrade only or reconditioning the circuit breakers and upgrading the trip units at two electrical switchgear rooms at the Young-Rainey STAR Center, Bldg 100. All repairs and adjustments must be made per manufacturer specifications. The original BBC/ABB switchgear was installed in 1986/87. Services shall include replacing trip units or replacing trip units and reconditioning low voltage metal clad circuit breakers.
