Description

Site work for a development in Largo, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.

The City of Largo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide a full design of the Pinecrest Stormwater Conservation Area (PSCA), which includes master stormwater pond design for the Largo Medical Arts District. The City has acquired the former Pinecrest Golf Course property (26.7 acres at 1200 8th Avenue SW) to repurpose it as a regional stormwater conservation area to address water quality impairments in McKay Creek and mitigate downstream flood risks. A feasibility study and an approved conceptual site plan for Alternative 2 are included with the solicitation.
