project no-26-B-854 The Project consists of roadway, pedestrian, ADA, drainage, and utility improvements along Rosery Road NE, including reconstruction of sidewalk and curb ramps, milling and resurfacing, drainage infrastructure upgrades, and relocation or adjustment of existing utilities. Work also includes new pavement markings, signing, driveway and grading improvements, and all associated restoration and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) necessary to complete the improvements. Question Deadline 12/16/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Direct questions concerning th Bid to Kezia Southern, kSouthern@largo.com A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. No Pre-bid conference will be held at this time.
