Site work for a mixed-use development in Willow Street, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Project generally comprises demolition of roadway pavement and curbing in preparation for roadway widening and installation of curb and sidewalk within Township right-of-way; installation of parking facilities, bituminous trail system, natural stone trail system, basketball court, fencing, and site furnishings; installation of water and sewer service; installation of storm water management facilities; coordination of installation of playground equipment, shade structure, and other site amenities; and finish grading, seeding, and landscaping for the proposed Park. The Work will be performed under one contract as follows: General Construction. At least 50% of the Work must be performed by the prime Bidder's own workforce. All labor and products must be provided by persons lawfully permitted to work in the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids must comply with the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination as established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, and compliance with Act 127 of 2012, the Public Works Employment Verification Act, is required. Construction is funded, in part, by a grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority and is subject to terms and conditions of the Local Share Account Grant Contract. . The work of this Contract consists of furnishing, employing, and installing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete all demolition, renovation, and construction as specified and/or as shown on the Plans, producing thereby a complete, finished, watertight, neat, safe, rugged, reliable, and fully usable facility ready for operation. B. All work done for this Contract shall be of the best quality, free from faults and defects, and in accordance with the Contract Documents. C. All existing dimensions shown on the Contract Drawings are approximate. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for verifying all existing conditions in the field. D. The Work under this contract shall include selective demolition, site grading, paving and stormwater improvements, as indicated on the Contract Drawings.
