The project consists of consolidating the tenant's services in order to free up space to accommodate new clients from other buildings. To bring the building up to safety standards, basic work is planned, including: - Bringing stairways, lifts and technical rooms up to standard. - Bringing the fire alarm system up to standard. The services and work required under this tender must be completed within 125 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company.
