*Season's requirements of cold patch delivered by truck to any location in Tuscola County. Specify material price per ton. The material must be capable of being stored for six months and remain workable at temperatures between 15° to 100°F. The binder shall have properties to allow placement under damp conditions. The material shall remain in place when used to patch wet or dry pavements, remain stable under normal traffic conditions, and shall not show any signs of heaving, shoving, or rutting. Failure of the material to perform to the satisfaction of the Road Commission shall be grounds for cancellation of future bids. Any variation from the specifications of the project herein without written approval from the Tuscola County Road Commission and/or its authorized representative may result in, at the discretion of the Road Commission, the voiding and/or canceling of the acceptance of any bid and/or contract resulting from this project. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to re-advertise or to accept the proposal that, in their opinion, is in the best interest of Tuscola County.
