Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Caro, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
1. Contractor shall cut, and remove asphalt with in the areas marked in Blue in the West parking lot. 2. Contractor shall prepare the subsoil for patching, including grading and compacting. 3. Contractor shall patch area with a minimum of 2 inch leveling course of asphalt compacted, and wearing course to match the surrounding parking lot to create a smooth transition. 4. Contractor shall include line striping of the entire west lot. 5. MSP is approximately 6800 sqft of patching. Project to be completed in 2025. Tuscola County reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals received without penalty and not to entera contract as a result of this RFP. The County also reserves the right to negotiate separately with any source whatsoever in any manner necessary to attend to the best interests of the County, to waive irregularities in any proposal and to accept a proposal which best meets the needs of the County, irrespective of the bid price."
