Reference Number 0000392264 City of Caro, Michigan hereby invites proposals from interested individuals or firms to provide professional services to assist in the development of Well 3A as described in the Request for Proposals documents. Caro plans to replace Well 3A's capacity of 180 gallons per minute (gpm) and desires to find additional capacity in the range of 180 to 400 gpm. Local hydrogeologic conditions, well isolation requirements, as well as quantity/volume, and water quality will need to be considered in the pursuit of this water supply. To assist Caro in pursuing a water supply site, the following scope of work is requested. anticipated vote: August 4, 2025 Anticipated Contract Signing: August 5, 2025 Authorization of Work: August 5, 2025 Bider shall provide a schedule for this above Scope of Services. This project is budgeted for the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 so completion by June 30, 2026 is preferred.
