Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Caro, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Please call if you have questions- 989-672-3756 or email projects@tuscolacounty.org Tuscola County will be accepting bids on the replacement or the rear sidewalk along Court St. and the sidewalk at the rear entrance from the top of the stairway to the entrance door. The following specifications shall be considered in your bid: 1. Contractor to remove the existing sidewalk along the rear of the building on Court St. Sidewalk from the top of the stairway to the rear entrance only, remainder for rear entry sidewalk to stay. 2. Contractor shall repair the base and compact. 3. 4500psi concrete shall be used. 4. A minimum of 10 gage 6x6 wire mesh shall be used. 5. New sidewalk shall be raised with curb. Same as the front of the County Jail. 6. The West and East end, along Court St shall slope to meet the existing sidewalks. 7. ADA waring pads shall be installed at the each end. 8. Contractor shall backfill the sidewalks, to grade of the lawn if necessary. 9. Contractor shall repair any damage to the lawn, and to seed any backfilled areas. 10. Contractor shall be insured and provide copy of liability insurance and workers' comp. 11. Contractor is to provide all necessary materials, and equipment. 12. Contractor is to provide barricades to protect the project and the public. 13. Contractor is to provide only qualified personnel to complete the project. 14. Contractor is responsible for daily cleaning of the job site.
