The Yonkers Parking Authority intends to contract with qualified and licensed Electric Contractor(s) to provide on-call electrical maintenance and repair services at its offices, indoor parking garages, and outdoor parking facilities and locations in the care of the YPA citywide. To submit a Proposal, the submission must be sealed and plainly marked RFP 421-1 On-Call Electrical Services Contract on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the inside sealed envelope, addressed to The Yonkers Parking Authority, 8 Buena Vista Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10701. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline. All submitted proposals shall be opened at 10:00 am on the first business day following the bid return deadline. Faxed or electronic submissions will not be accepted. All submissions must include a signature. Submissions will not be returned once received. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals due to technical specifications or deficiencies, and to accept any proposal that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Yonkers Parking Authority.
