Martinez, MBA, NIGP-CPP Contact Phone: 914-377-6163 E-mail: Miguel.Martinez@YonkersNy.Gov Questions are submitted online No Technicians will perform all work in the best workmanlike manner, shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from work being performed. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in a neat, unobstructed condition, the area broom clean, and everything in satisfactory repair and order. Contractor shall furnish adequate protection from damage for all work and shall repair all damages of my kind for which it is responsible. Technicians shall perform work to cause the least inconvenience to the operation to the kitchen. All parts shall be new and must be equal to or better than the original part. Rebuilt parts may be used with prior approval of the school district. The school district reserves the right to furnish parts if deemed to be its best interest. The contractor shall maintain a reasonable inventory of parts and materials, thus ensuring prompt repairs on short notice. It is desired that most repairs be accomplished during the first service call, or the next day if parts must be obtained from the contractor's suppliers. All parts are guaranteed for minimum of (go) days or in accordance with the manufactures warranty if greater than ninety days. Equipment, Supplies and materials shall be stored at the site at the contractor's risk. On site storage should be avoided to prevent possible damage or theft. Invoices shall clearly itemize location or work, date and time of work, hours worked, equipment services, serviced performed, and parts replaced. No travel time or fuel surcharge will be paid. Payments will be made only for time on the job. Contractor shall clearly indicate basis for all labor and parts costs on the invoice. All invoices submitted for payment must be accompanied by a copy of the signed service ticket. Invoices not submitted in this fashion will result in a delay of payment.
