The building is open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for package delivery and in-person submission. Individuals must see the Public Safety Officer in the library atrium to contact Purchasing for 3rd floor access. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read in the 3rd Floor Finance Conference Room. Vendors interested in listening to the bid opening can use the provided conference call number.
