Avella, PA 15312 Parcel ID # -210-004-00-00-0019-00 City of Washington 340 Duncan Ave. Washington, PA 15301 Parcel ID # -770-002-00-02-0014-00 Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project; that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. In no event will the RACW consider a contractor as eligible if he cannot initiate the work under the contract within 15 days of the contract execution and proceed to the successful completion of the work within 45 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. RACW reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. MBE (6.3%), WBE (6.9%) All materials must be removed including foundation and footers 100% removal of all building materials. Backfill with fill suitable for compaction for the first five feet. Remainder of the fill will not need to be compacted but must be of clean fill to finish grade. Mark sewage line, if applicable If over $25,000.00, prevailing wage will apply Unless a tree needs removed to complete the demolition, all trees are to remain. The garage and trees are included in the scope at 340 Duncan Ave. Driveway and shed are to remain at 331 Wolf Ave. Contractor is to ensure all utilities are disconnected.
