Separate and sealed proposals will be received for the Patterson Road Pump Station Rehabilitation. The project consists of two contracts: Contract Number 25-1 - General/Mechanical and Contract Number 25-2 - Electrical. Bidding Documents are available via email, at no charge, or as printed copies for a nonrefundable fee. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those on record as having obtained the documents. Bids will be accepted only from those who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents and who are on the planholders list. The proposal must be a paper copy, with an original signature and bid security, all as described. Each proposal must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond in favor of South Franklin Township in the amount of not less than ten percent of the proposed amount. Contracts are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. No bid may be withdrawn for one hundred twenty days after the closing time.
