The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for repairs of an asphalt section of roadway due to subgrade failure near 515 Woodlands Blvd. Pictures of roadway damage are attached to the line item. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 11:00 AM ET All questions must be submitted through online. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State (GDOT) and City codes and regulations for the construction requirements for roadways. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Commercial General Liability: 1 Million Per Occurrence / 2 Million General Aggregate Comprehensive Automobile Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit Umbrella Liability: 2 Million Worker's Compensation at Statutory Requirement (only with 3+ employees) All licenses and/or certifications must be submitted with the bid. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
