Site work and paving for a road / highway in Moses Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
This project includes reconfiguring the 4 leg, 2-way stop-controlled intersection of Wheeler Rd & Road L NE into a single lane traversable roundabout. Contractor will install Vortex Modular System manufactured by ZKxKZ, LLC by method of approximately 862 stainless steel anchoring kits, traffic control, detours to northbound and southbound Road L, striping, pavement marking revisions and signage installation. Contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the work. City will supply ancillary installation equipment, modular roundabout materials and on-site installation consulting provided by ZKxKZ, LLC, permanent signing, and tubular markers.
