Question Deadline 12/23/2025 at 10:00 AM CT All questions shall be submitted using the district's online bidding portal This solicitation aims to identify qualified, licensed vendors to provide maintenance, repair, and related services for existing stormwater detention ponds within our district/jurisdiction. The goal is to ensure these facilities operate safely, effectively, and in compliance with applicable regulations. Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the following tasks: Routine monthly maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, debris and trash removal, and landscape upkeep on berms, slopes, and rights-of-way As needed trash rack cleaning: sediment removal and pond clean-out to maintain hydraulic capacity and prevent clogging Vegetation and tree management, including trimming, removal when necessary, and erosion control measures Monthly inspections and repair controls and structures (inlets, outlets, risers, spillways, gabion baskets, underdrains, etc.) Bi-annual restoration and stabilization: grading, regarding, fertilizing, reseeding, overseeding, soil replacement, erosion repair Annual Engineer Review Annual Permit At district option: Environmental monitoring or BMP (Best Management Practices) maintenance, permitting inspections, site reporting, upon request Goose Creek CISD reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any or all proposals as it deems to be in its best interest, and to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in bidding.
