The work, in general, shall include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 4,700 L.F of Storm Sewer, Manholes, and Appurtenances (6-inch to 60-inch) 940 L.F of Sanitary Sewer, Manholes and Appurtenances (8-inch to 36-inch) 75,000 C.Y. of Stormwater Management Facility Excavation 2,800 S.Y. of Concrete Pavement and Driveways Erosion Control Traffic Control Landscape Restoration This is a unit price contract. The approximate quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901, 66.0903, and 779.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Work is generally described as follows: Work consists of relaying sanitary sewer interceptor, storm water conveyance facilities, storm water management facility, pavement marking, concrete curb and gutter, landscaping, concrete and asphalt pavement will be constructed as part of the Project. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. Failure to list subcontractors or suppliers may be cause for rejection of the Bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner, subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes, Sections 62.15 and 66.0901.
