The project is expected to be awarded on January 12th , 2026** The project is located at the Art Center, 225 Nebraska Street, and includes the removal and replacement of Air Handling Units 2, 3, and 4, along with all corresponding humidifiers serving the three air handling units. A building relief fan will also be added. The work shall include everything in this Division of the Specifications and everything indicated on the Drawings that is complementary to this Division of the Specifications. Refer to the Index of Drawings to determine what Drawings apply directly to this work. A. The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required in connection with the construction of the Art Center HVAC Replacement Project Phase II in Sioux City, Iowa, all in strict accordance with the contract documents; and in strict compliance with the Contractor's bid and the other contract documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract; and the Contractor shall do everything required by this Contract and the other documents constituting a part thereof.
