Reference Number 0000309025 Question Acceptance Deadline Dec 22, 2025 02:00 PM EST To replace 1) the cove lighting and wall scones with LED in all washrooms of EMB (MINO included - showers excluded). 2) Retrofit and certify nine (9) light fixtures with LED located in 1st floor hallways. 3) Repair the four (4) clocks located on each corner of the 1st floor. Refurbish brass, replace all time clock motors, wiring and master clock. All conservation actions or processes should be aimed at safeguarding the heritage values and character-defining elements of the Federal Heritage Building so as to retain its heritage value and extend its physical life. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and services required to complete the work as described within all associated procurement documents and as shown on the project drawings. All work must be planned and executed in Phases and each Phase must be reviewed and approved by the Departmental Representative prior to commencement. All work is to be performed after hours, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Day work may be permitted on weekends and statutory holidays subject to prior written approval. Scaffolding, if used, must be certified, and comply with all applicable safety standards.
