The mandate includes the demolition of existing facilities, the construction of retaining walls, the excavation and backfilling of the site, the replacement of culverts, as well as sewer, water and road works. It also includes the replacement and installation of fences, the construction of concrete elements, the installation of metalwork, modifications to the lighting system, the asphalting of traffic and parking areas, landscaping work, and the marking of parking and traffic areas.
