Reference number: 20107476 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-12-08 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender: no Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 5 Description for the SEAO notice: The project consists of cleaning the masonry, redoing the vertical control joints and making some repairs to the mortar joints at the Charlesbourg campus. This description of the work is for information purposes only. Please refer to the plans and specifications for the full scope of the work. The building will remain occupied during the work period. The TENDERER must accompany its Tender with a tender guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Tender, including options. If the CONTRACTOR fails to meet the deadline specified in the Schedule for acceptance, it shall pay the PUBLIC BODY a penalty of ONE TENTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.1%) of the value of the Contract per working day of delay, without prejudice to the PUBLIC BODY's right to exercise any other rights it may have.
