All Submissions must be accompanied by a compliant bid bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 60 days from the date of opening the bids, otherwise the submission will be automatically rejected. This submission bond must be presented on the mandatory form ANNEX 4.01 A or ANNEX 4.01 B of the submission form. It must be exchanged at the signing of the Contract, if necessary, for a performance bond and a bond for pledges, materials and services, always according to mandatory forms in the annexes to the General Conditions.
